Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. 

2. The prize draw is being run by Chrisp Street Development and starts on 17 November 2021.

Eligibility to enter 

1. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age.

2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. 

3. There is no maximum number of entries entrants can make.

4. The prize draw is free to enter. 

How to enter

2. To enter the prize draw simply subscribe to our mailing list and answer a question. 

3. Chrisp Street Development will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. 

The prize 

1. The prize will be 3 x £1000, 20 winners of £50 of vouchers (in £10 denominations) to spend at any participating independent outlet in Chrisp Street in January and February 2022

2. The winners will be drawn at random. 

3. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives to vouchers will be offered. 

4. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. 

5. The decision of Chrisp Street Development regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

Winner announcement 

1. The winner will be notified after 20 December via the email provided during subscription. 

2. Chrisp Street Development will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times. 

3. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Chrisp Street Development reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. 

Receipt of the prize 

1. Vouchers to be collected from the Management Office, Unit 27, Market Square, Chrisp Street, E14 6AQ before 5pm on the 23th December or after 4th January 2022. Contact the Chrisp St Grand Prize Draw Hotline on 07398 634380 for more information.

 Data protection and publicity 

1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Chrisp Street Development for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice. 

2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at  xxxxxx

3. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of work to any other prize draw participants if requested via Chrisp Street Development. 

4. An announcement of the winners first name and place of work will be made via this website

5. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Chrisp Street Developments’ Privacy Notice. 

Limitation of Liability 

1. Chrisp Street Development does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Chrisp Street Development does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence. 

General 

1. Chrisp Street Development reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

2. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
